No. Your estimate is free — contact us to talk through your needs and we'll put together a scope and quote.
We bid per job, not by the hour, for development and infrastructure projects — the price we quote is the price you pay. Managed IT plans are billed simply, per user, per month. See Managed IT Plans for current tiers.
Yes — our Managed IT Plans range from Essentials to Premium, covering monitoring, patching, security, and help desk response, whether we've built your infrastructure or you already have a system in place.
Not necessarily. We can work alongside your existing team or act as your full IT department, whatever level of support makes sense for your business.
We don't retain copies of your credentials, configurations, or site information beyond what's needed to deliver the agreed services. Every engagement includes documentation and training, with full handoff of schematics and procedures.
Everything from web design and client-facing platforms to internal tools, CRMs, and real-world Python deployments — automation, data pipelines, and backend services running in live production, not just prototypes. See Software & Hardware Development for more.
Yes. A lot of our software work is CRMs, tracking systems, and management tools built around a client's existing workflow rather than forcing them into a new one.
You do. Source code, documentation, and credentials are fully handed off at the end of the engagement.
We design and build purpose-specific devices from the board up — circuit design, enclosure, firmware, and integration — rather than adapting off-the-shelf parts. One example is custom panic alarm systems built end-to-end and integrated with a client's existing security and network infrastructure. See Software & Hardware Development for more.
Yes — desktop, server, network, and telecom rollouts are all part of our deployment work, separate from custom-built devices. See Software & Hardware Development.
Yes — custom hardware we build is designed to integrate with your existing network, security systems, and monitoring, not to operate as a standalone add-on.
No vendor can be — there's no official government certification for HIPAA compliance. What we do have is a Business Associate Agreement ready on request, plus documented safeguards for access, encryption, logging, and physical security. See our full HIPAA & Compliance page for the details.
Yes — on request. A BAA is legally required for any vendor handling PHI on your behalf, and we'd rather you ask for one up front. Contact us to request our template.
Your organization holds the legal obligation. We support that compliance for the systems we manage — through the BAA, documented safeguards, and prompt incident notification — but the responsibility for your organization's overall compliance program stays with you.
No — compliance isn't something a vendor can confer. It depends on your policies, staff training, and documented risk management, in addition to the technical safeguards we implement on systems we manage.
Access logging and audit trails, role-based access controls with MFA for remote access, encryption at rest and in transit, physical security for server/network rooms, and a documented incident notification process. Full breakdown on the HIPAA & Compliance page.
No. This page and our HIPAA/Compliance page are general information about how our services support HIPAA-covered clients, not legal advice. Consult qualified legal counsel to confirm what applies to your organization.
